Draft notice. BloxBuddy is currently a father-son project in pre-launch. These terms are intentionally short and plain-language. A licensed attorney will review them before any paid feature launches. If you are here from the landing page and something below conflicts with the privacy notice, the privacy notice controls.

Who we are

BloxBuddy is a personal project operated by Number One Son Software Development. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox® is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

What BloxBuddy does

BloxBuddy is a voice-to-Studio layer that helps a child describe a building request out loud and have corresponding commands executed inside Roblox Studio via a companion plugin. BloxBuddy does not modify Roblox's services, accounts, or catalog. All asset generation is orchestrated via publicly documented Roblox creator primitives.

Parental consent

BloxBuddy is designed for children. A parent or legal guardian must create and control the account before a child uses the service. The parent is responsible for supervising the child's use and can review, refuse, or delete the child's information at any time by contacting parents@bloxbuddy.fun.

Acceptable use

Use BloxBuddy for its intended purpose: helping a child build in Roblox Studio.
Don't attempt to bypass safety redaction, moderation, or retention limits.
Don't submit content that is illegal, threatens a minor, infringes another person's rights, or violates Roblox's community standards.
Don't resell, relicense, or repackage BloxBuddy without written permission.

Disclaimers

BloxBuddy is provided as-is during this pre-launch period. We aim for high reliability but we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or specifically fit for a particular educational outcome. Use of BloxBuddy is at your and your child's discretion, under parental supervision.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be notified to parent account holders by email before taking effect. Prior versions will be retained in /terms/archive.
