Why a father-son project.
"If Roblox Assistant is hard even for me, it's impossible for my son.
That's why I'm building this."
— Roger, founder, dad of an 8-year-old who has ideas faster than he can type.
BloxBuddy started as a weekend build for one kid. It stayed a father-son project on purpose —
it keeps the design honest (if my son can't use it, nobody can), and it keeps the focus on
one metric: can a 9-year-old ship a working Roblox mechanic in under two minutes, by voice,
with no adult in the room? Every release is measured against that bar.
If it turns into something more, great — we'll take that ride when it comes.
Until then, this is a dad building with his kid.
For parents: what we collect, what we don't, and what you control.
BloxBuddy is designed in alignment with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
and the FTC's 2025 amendments to 16 CFR Part 312, effective April 22, 2026. Short version:
voice is treated as biometric personal information, and we treat it that way from day one.
No ads. Ever.
BloxBuddy does not display third-party advertising, and we do not fingerprint your child's device.
Voice is deleted fast.
Voice recordings are deleted within 24 hours of the session, and used only to produce the Studio commands the child asked for.
AI training is off by default.
We never train AI on your child's voice or transcripts without your explicit, separate opt-in. Revocable any time.
Your Roblox stays your Roblox.
BloxBuddy is a helper layer. Your child's Roblox account, their game files, and Studio itself are untouched. Uninstall any time — your kid's Roblox experience is unchanged.
Parent rights are real.
Review, refuse, delete — any time. Email parents@bloxbuddy.fun and we respond within 10 business days.
